The 4,000-8,000lb XC Series Electric Lithium-ion Cushion Forklift is a brand new design that replaces the former X Series Electric Lithium-ion Cushion Forklift. Designed to perform in the same harsh applications that similar I.C. cushion forklifts are found in, while outperforming comparable lead-acid powered cushion forklifts, this new model finally gives end-users an integrated lithium-ion option for a 4,000-8,000lb cushion forklift. Thanks to its low profile, open counterweight design, it is able to comfortably navigate tight warehouse and manufacturing applications without sacrificing visibility. The exterior of this electric forklift is also powder coated in a durable, easy to see, green finish that designates it as lithium-ion powered.

Comfortable Operation

In developing the XC Series Electric Lithium-ion Cushion Forklift, ergonomic design, comfort, and ease of operation were carefully considered. Optimized with the end user in mind, the XC Series Forklift helps reduce operator fatigue to maximize productivity.

ERGONOMIC DESIGN

  1. Designed as an integrated lithium-ion powered forklift, allows for the battery pack to sit lower in the chassis which increases the size of the operator compartment to create a more ergonomic and comfortable experience.

  2. The ergonomically designed operator compartment allows the operator to have a wide field of vision.

  3. The large color display allows operators to clearly see the status of the forklift. Operators can easily adjust settings and fine-tune each forklift thanks to the display’s wide range of options.

  4. The overhead guard, with great visibility and an integrated lithium-ion battery design, provides more headroom and legroom when compared to internal combustion cushion tire forklifts.

  5. The forklift’s optional full suspension seat and high-positioned, and standard shock-absorbing steer axle provide the operator with a more comfortable ride quality when operating the forklift.

  6. The panoramic rear view mirror and reverse handgrip with horn button allow more comfortable operation when traveling in reverse.

The XC Series Electric Lithium-ion Cushion Forklift features a dedicated lithium-ion design. This means that the lithium-ion battery pack and key component placement can be optimized to prioritize operator comfort, service access, and platform stability. The low battery placement lowers the forklift’s center of gravity. This increases the forklift’s stability and capacity retention.

  2. The slip-resistant step and lengthened handrail allow for easy in and out of the forklift.

  3. The XC Series Electric Lithium-ion Cushion Forklift is designed with a low profile counterweight to improve operator visibility in all directions.

  4. The XC Series features our Operator Presence Sensing System (OPS). When an operator leaves the forklift, the travel and lift functions of the forklift will not function. This increases operator and employee security.

  5. When turning, the forklift automatically decelerates to a safe speed to ensure operational security.

Designed around an 80V system, the XC Series Electric Lithium-ion Cushion Forklift provides users with an energy saving and efficient alternative to I.C powered forklifts.

  1. The XC Series Electric Lithium-ion Cushion Forklift is designed with a faster travel speed and lifting speed while maintaining a higher residual load capacity.

  2. The 80V system manages energy more efficiently. Combined with the large lithium-ion battery and opportunity charging, operators can use the forklift for extended periods of time.

  3. The standard load-sensitive multi-way valves and hydraulic pumps ensure precise and stable operation while reducing energy consumption.

  4. The open counterweight and thermal management system increase the control system’s efficiency to ensure optimal performance in demanding applications.

    1. Switches, connectors, instruments, and other key parts are sourced from industry known suppliers to ensure reliability, performance,
      and ease of service.

    2. The XC Series Electric Lithium-ion Cushion Forklift features removable front and rear floor panels and a wide opened hood to facilitate easy access to main components.

    3. The XC Series uses some of the same components that are found on our I.C. powered cushion forklifts, including the mast, steer axle, and some body panels. This ensures better reliability, maintainability, and simpler aftermarket support.

    4. The braking system has been designed to offer a 40% longer service life than the previous model.

Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery Packs

  1. The forklift features an easy access charging port on the right side of the forklift to provide operators with a convenient way to charge the forklift.

  2. The XC Series Electric Lithium-ion Cushion Forklift is able to charge in a little over 2 hours, from full discharge, or can be opportunity charged during breaks for extended run time.

  3. The forklift features a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery pack that doesn’t require any regular maintenance performed on the battery pack.

  4. Integrated Battery Management System (BMS) continually monitors energy management and ensures reliable operation.
